On 11-23-2008 an officer was dispatched to Kerr Hall in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between the dates of 11-20-2008 and 11-23-2008 decorations on their residence door had been damaged in Kerr Hall. There are two suspects.
On 11-23-2008 an officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival the officer discovered a subject that was involved in the disturbance had been issued a Criminal Trespass warning from SFA's campus. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
On 11-23-2008 an officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival the officer discovered the water fountain in the third floor hallway of Hall 16 had been torn off the wall. There are no suspects.
On 11-22-2008 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to harassment. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised a known subject has sent her numerous unwanted text messages and has called her cell phone numerous times. There is one suspect.
On 11-21-2008 an officer observed a suspicious male walking on East College Street. The officer made contact with the subject and discovered the subject to be intoxicated. The subject was arrest and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
On 11-21-2008 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to theft. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between the dates of 11-19-2008 and 11-21-2008 an unknown subject removed money from his dining dollars account. There are no suspects.
On 11-21-2008 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to theft. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between the dates of 11-19-2008 and 11-21-2008 money was removed from her checking account. There is one suspect. On 11-26-2008 an officer was dispatched to Lot 47 in reference to burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 11-24-2008 he parked his vehicle in lot 47, upon returning on 11-26-2008 he discovered his vehicle had been broken into.
On 11-25-2008 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to theft. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 11-25-2008 his unattended cell phone was stolen from the lobby of Steen Library. There are no suspects.
On 11-25-2008 an officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to burglary of a habitation. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 11-25-2008 items were stolen from his unsecure room at Hall 16. There are no suspects.
On 11-29-2008 an officer observed a sign in parking garage number one had been damaged. There are no suspects.
On 11-30-2008 an officer was dispatched to Lumberjack Village Building Two in reference to burglary of a habitation. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between the dates of 11-25-2008 and 11-30-2008 numerous items were stolen from his unsecure room at Lumberjack Village.
On 11-30-2008 an officer was contacted by a complainant on Alumni Drive in reference to burglary of a motor vehicle. The complainant stated on 11-29-2008 numerous items were stolen from his unsecure vehicle on Alumni Drive. There are no suspects.
On 12-1-2008 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between the dates of 11-30-2008 and 12-1-2008 numerous items were stolen from her secure vehicle in lot 29. There are no suspects.
On 12-2-2008 an officer was dispatched to Village Parking Garage in reference to a hit and run. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised his vehicle had been damaged on 12-2-2008 while parked in the Village Parking Garage. There are no suspects.
On 12-3-2008 an officer was dispatched to Steen Hall in reference to a fire alarm. Upon arrival the officer determined an unknown subject had engaged the pull station and activated a false alarm. There are no suspects
