Staff works to complete steps to improve student center
Last spring, it was reported that the Baker Pattillo Student Center was in need of up to $2 million dollars of updates and repairs, after just less than one year of operation.

Web site redesign in progress for students
Starting Summer 2009 students logging into the SFA home page may be startled to find that the site has gotten a facelift. Although the new change will not be launched until the summer, students are able to see what the changes will look like and offer some constructive criticism to those re-designing the site.…

Students form second collegiate skateboard team
Mike Wilson, Old Stone Guard Skate Team president and Houston sophomore, finally received the Recreation Center's approval for a skateboard team. SFA's skateboard team will be the second collegiate team in the country. There are already seven official members.…

Come pop your trunk with SAA
From 8 p.m. to midnight Friday, SAA will host "Pop My Trunk," a car show and block party, between the Baker Pattillo Student Center and the Chemistry Building.

On 10-8-2008 an officer was dispatched to parking garage three in reference to a hit and run. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 10-7-2008 he parked his vehicle in the Village parking garage.
