Brave Space is a series of discussions started by OMA designed to bring students, faculty and staff together to talk about topics dealing with intercultural or interfaith issues that affect the community. These talks are meant to provide a safe space for individuals to discuss these issues with others without fear of judgment.

Left: David Ajiga, economics major from Lagos, Nigeria, and Kayla Benefield, HR management major from Mercedes, listen to the lecture. This particular talk focused on interracial relationships and how they are both seen by others as well as by those in them.

Right: Two students take part in a discussion about interracial relationships. As they talk to each other, the other participants are welcome to join as well.
