SFA’s Lumberjack Express Mobile Food Lab is set to begin serving at 11:15 a.m. Feb. 26 in the Education Annex Parking Lot No. 15. The truck will not accept cash or cards, but will accept tickets that can be purchased online at sfasu.edu/lumberjackexpress. Ticket sales for the first session have already begun, and tickets cost $8. Only 50 tickets will be sold for each meal.

Food will be prepared by SFA hospitality majors, who will be directed by Chef Todd Barrios. The mobile food lab will be run by students enrolled in a customer-relations course taught by Dr. Chay Runnels, hospitality administration program coordinator and associate professor.

Each day will feature a different type of cuisine such as Texas barbecue, Creole, European and Latin.
