The Ladyjack soccer team will be going up against Sam Houston Friday at 7 p.m in their fourth home game. 

The Ladyjacks currently have a 2-5-1 record after coming off of a 0-3 loss against Baylor Sept. 16. 

In the previous game against Baylor, senior goalkeeper Madeline Talbot had three saves at the goalpost, but Baylor managed to score twice.  

Talbot was rotated out for sophomore goalkeeper Maci Mae Stephens who had her first appearance on the field and had four saves, with one shot being scored on her 

SFA attempted 7 shots and had two on goal.  

The game previously played on Apr.11 between SFA and Sam Houston resulted in a 2-1 win for SFA. 

Sam Houston currently has a 2-5 record after coming off of a 2-0 loss against the University of Houston. Sam Houston attempted seven shots and had two on goal.  

Sam Houston is currently on a three game losing streak. 

The Ladjacks are defending a winning streak against Sam Houston that they have held since 2016. 

The game will be streamed live on ESPN+.
