On 2-4-2013 an Officer was dispatched to Lot 8 in reference to a Hit and Run. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 2-4-2013 her unattended vehicle was damaged while parked in lot 8. There are no suspects.

On 2-4-2013 an Officer made contact with two suspicious subjects on Wilson Dr. One of the subjects was found to be in possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident and also issued a criminal trespass ban for the SFA Campus. There is one suspect.

On 2-3-2013 an Officer was dispatched to Lumberjack Landing in reference to an Alcohol Complaint. Upon arrival the Officer located four minors in possession of alcoholic beverages inside a residence at Lumberjack Landing. There are four suspects.

On 2-2-2013 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 2-1-2013 and 2-2-2013 his unattended bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at between Griffith Fine Arts and the Music Building. There are no suspects.

On 2-2-2013 an Officer made contact with a suspicious vehicle in lot 42 east. The Officer made contact with three subjects inside the vehicle, who the Officer discovered to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. There are three suspects.

On 2-1-2013 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 1-30-2013 she was assaulted by a known person at the Military Science Building. There is one suspect.

On 2-1-2013 an Officer was contacted by a complainant in the lobby of UPD in reference to an Assault. The complainant stated on 1-31-2012 she was assaulted by a known person at Lumberjack Village. The complainant did not wish to pursue with criminal charges and signed a non-prosecution form. There is one suspect.

On 2-1-2013 an Officer was dispatched to Kerr Hall in reference to a Drug Compliant. Upon arrival the Officer located a subject in possession of marijuana inside a residence.
