On 2-21-2013 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 2-20-2013 and 2-21-2013, his unattended vehicle was damaged by an unknown person(s) in the Wilson Parking Garage. There are no suspects.

On 2-21-2013 an Officer stopped a vehicle on North St. in reference to a traffic violation. The Officer discovered the driver to be operating a motor vehicle with an invalid driver's license with previous convictions. The subject was arrested for driving while license invalid with previous convictions and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 2-20-2013 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 2-20-2013, money was stolen from his unattended wallet in the Griffith Hall lobby. There is one suspect.
