On 2-27-2013 an Officer was dispatched to the Steen Library in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised that between 2-26-2013 thru 2-27-2013, an unknown person wrote on a bathroom wall with a permanent marker. There is no suspect.

On 2-25-2013 an Officer was dispatched to the Steen Library in reference to Criminal Trespass. Upon arrival a subject was located who had been previously banned from SFA. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 2-25-2013 an Officer was dispatched to East College Cafeteria in reference to Disorderly Conduct. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised that he had been assaulted. A citation for Simple Assault was issued. There is one suspect.

On 02-25-2013 an officer was dispatched to the UPD lobby in reference to a Hit and Run. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant who advised that between 2-21-2013 thru 2-24-2013 his unattended vehicle had been damaged in the Wilson Dr. Parking garage. There is no suspect.

On 2-25-2013 an Officer made contact with two suspicious subjects behind Griffith Hall. One of the subjects was found to be in possession of marijuana and the other in possession of drug paraphernalia. There are two suspects.

On 2-23-2013 an Officer was dispatched to Steen Hall in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 2-23-2013 his unattended wallet was stolen from a residence Steen Hall. The complainant does not wish to file charges. There is one suspect.

On 2-23-2013 an Officer stopped a vehicle on East College St. in reference to a traffic violation. The Officer discovered the driver to be Driving While Intoxicated. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
