'Try It My Way' event brings awareness to disabled community
In coordination with the Student Activities Association, the Braille & Cane Club and Talking Hands held their ‘Try It My Way’ event from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 13 in the Baker Pattillo Student Center Spirit Lounge. The event introduced different exercises and activities to bring awarenessto and educate non-disabled students on the daily life of the disabled community.
